Acumed LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to independently plan, manage, and execute multiple complex NPI projects. You will lead cross-functional teams from initiation to implementation, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 8–10 years’ experience (MS/MBA and PMP preferred) and experience with regulated medical devices or high-tech products. Remote collaboration with Hillsboro operations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8–10 years of experience; MS/MBA and PMP preferred.
• Equivalent experience with PMP certification may be considered.
• NPI project management experience in engineering/manufacturing environments producing regulated durable goods.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with internal/external stakeholders and customers.
• Formal gated product development/project management experience.
• Knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent project management software; SAP or ERP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead 3–7 large, complex NPI projects from initiation through implementation.
• Define objectives, scope, schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables; manage scope changes.
• Lead cross-functional Product Development Teams and coordinate resources.
• Drive project risk management, design reviews, testing, validation and corrective actions.
• Ensure DHF is complete and complies with FDA/quality requirements.
• Communicate project status, risks and priorities to executives and sponsors.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other Project Managers; support PM/ERP/PLM processes.
