Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences Gruppe is seeking a Senior Manager of Program Management for Software to lead complex, multi-project programs in a regulated medical device environment. The role partners with Software Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver strategic initiatives from concept to commercialization and post-launch transition.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; 10+ years of hands-on project or program management experience.
Experience with regulated software product development, SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and hybrid approaches; familiarity with IEC 62304 and cybersecurity considerations.

Responsibilities

Provide program-level leadership across multiple interdependent software development projects.
Drive cross-functional alignment and governance across Software, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Product Management, and Marketing.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Lead program governance, executive reviews, and risk/issue management; communicate status to senior leadership.
