Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile Low Voltage projects and oversee financial performance across multiple small-to-medium projects or one large initiative. You will mentor Project Managers and coordinate with clients, prime contractors, and A/E teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

The role requires a strong background in electrical construction, project leadership, and robust understanding of project economics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• PE license a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably electrical construction.
• Experience mentoring and managing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving structured cabling, security systems, access control, AV, and network infrastructure.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Supervise project managers and assistants; train team in company philosophy and systems.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contracts' financials to protect company interests.
