Job summary

Flintco, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the on-site liaison among owners, subcontractors, architects and engineers. You will supervise project personnel to ensure delivery within budget and on schedule, applying Lean principles and company standards.

The role requires coordinating estimates, bids, subcontractor selections, and necessary pre-requisites, while maintaining client satisfaction and resource allocation. Travel or remote project work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible construction management experience, including at least 3 years in a Project Manager role.
• Professional certification such as LEED AP, DBIA or ASHE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between owner representatives, major subcontractors, architects and engineers.
• Provide management supervision to project personnel to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure projects comply with Flintco 4 LIFE and Zero By Design principles.
• Review project estimates, bids, and subcontractor selections with management.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and documentation for project execution.
• Oversee submittals, procurement logs, and closeout documentation.
