The ideal candidate holds a BSCE and Colorado PE (or eligibility within 6 months) with 5–10 years of relevant experience, including management of project schedules and budgets. Occasional proposals and business development duties are expected.

Qualifications

• BSCE degree and Colorado Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience (or 8–12 years without PE licensure).
• Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead technical staff.
