Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial facilities. You will direct multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder coordination for high-tech, mission-critical projects worldwide.

You will travel as needed, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development while guiding project delivery from strategy through startup. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture, or additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a technical degree.
• 8+ years of experience in the design industry preferred, with 5+ years as a Project Manager in an engineering or construction organization.
• Experience managing the design of major capital industrial projects within an engineering or architecture consulting firm.
• Experience in automotive plants projects and in industrial/manufacturing plants projects.
• Strong contract management, pre-design, pre-construction, renovations, and construction administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for multidisciplinary project teams from planning through completion.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and strategic stakeholders.
• Develop project execution plans, resource strategies, and delivery approaches.
• Align scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management objectives.
• Facilitate change management and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor financial performance, invoicing, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Manage contracts for consultants and external service providers.
• Drive communication, accountability, and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Mentor project managers and support project delivery excellence.
• Support business development, pursuits, presentations, qualifications, and fee proposals.
