Job summary

SSOE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Industrial Facilities Design team. This role leads planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial and advanced manufacturing facilities for global industry leaders.

From concept through startup, you will direct multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams responsible for creating high-tech, mission-critical facilities that drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• 8+ years of experience in the design industry, with 5+ years as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing major capital industrial projects within an engineering or architecture firm is required.
• Strong background in industrial/manufacturing plants projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for multidisciplinary project teams from planning through completion.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and strategic stakeholders.
• Develop project execution plans, resource strategies, and delivery approaches.
• Align scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management objectives.
• Facilitate change management and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor financial performance, invoicing, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Manage contracts for consultants and external service providers.
• Travel as necessary for client and project engagement.
