Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Industrial Facilities Design team. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial facilities for global leaders, coordinating multidisciplinary teams from concept through startup.

You will manage complex projects with high visibility, balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client expectations to deliver exceptional outcomes. Hybrid growth in a dynamic, employee-owned environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture, or 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years of experience in the design industry, with 5+ years as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing major capital industrial projects in an engineering/architecture firm.
• Experience in automotive plants projects is highly desired.
• Strong contract management, pre-design, pre-construction, renovations, and construction administration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for multidisciplinary project teams from planning through completion.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and strategic stakeholders.
• Develop project execution plans, resource strategies, and delivery approaches.
• Align scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management objectives.
• Facilitate change management and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor financial performance, invoicing, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Manage contracts for consultants and external service providers.
• Drive communication, accountability, and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Mentor project managers and support project delivery excellence.
• Support business development, pursuits, proposals, and fee qualifications.
