Primoris Power Solutions seeks an experienced EPC Project Manager III to oversee complex power projects from design through execution. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive profitability with rigorous change control and risk management.

Applicants should bring 5+ years in utilities, EPC PM experience, and familiarity with transmission lines or HV substations. Strong communication and leadership are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the utility industry.
• At least 1+ years of past work history in EPC projects.
• Experience with Transmission Lines or HV Substation projects.
• Detailed knowledge of project management fundamentals.
• Proficiency with MS Project and/or Primavera scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPC projects per Primoris Policies and Procedures.
• Coordinate client and stakeholders; maintain trusted relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, identify change orders, and manage subcontracts.
• Implement change control and risk management processes.
• Oversee EH&S and quality programs for the project.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and project financial reports.
• Lead project meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure timely invoices and maintain cash flow.
