Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and drive resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects.
• Develop project plans, milestones and deliverables with deadlines.
• Identify risks and issues; create mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Develop and implement change management plans for adoption.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports with highlights and mitigations.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management practices.
