CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of Self-funded New Business Client benefit plan implementations. You will orchestrate planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution to meet customer expectations.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams and proactive issue resolution in a healthcare context. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills with risk assessment and timely resolution.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills with prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects.
• Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables and deadlines.
• Conduct project post-mortems and share lessons learned.
• Develop change management plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Direct multiple projects, coach junior colleagues in PM practices.
