Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic client initiatives and complex capital projects, establishing governance, operating models, and portfolio management practices. You will drive execution across workstreams and serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership.

This role requires strong project management, executive presence, and change leadership to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop governance frameworks, operating models, and management routines to support execution.
• Establish portfolio management processes, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement systems across projects.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and exec reviews with risk, issue, and decision management.
• Partner with client leadership to align delivery with business objectives.
• Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives to improve delivery and collaboration.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and executive communication strategies across teams and partners.
• Create executive dashboards and leadership reports translating complex info into clear insights.
• Prepare narratives and recommendations to support executive decisions and alignment.
• Facilitate communication between senior leadership, stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across objectives.
• Maintain portfolio reporting, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards.
