Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction and engineering projects from planning through commissioning and closeout. This role coordinates project activities, maintains schedules and budgets, and ensures work meets quality and regulatory expectations.

Travel to client sites may be required up to 100%, based on project demands. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive successful delivery, manage documentation, QA/QC, and start-up/turnover of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Project Director informed of progress, risks, and issues with recommended mitigations.
• Review technical submissions from A&E firms, including MEP and structural drawings.
• Respond to RFIs and submittals; manage technical clarifications.
• Prepare and execute job start-up and close-out checklists.
• Read, interpret, and manage plans, contracts, subcontracts, and other docs.
• Maintain accurate as-built project documentation.
• Coordinate and support contractors across multiple disciplines.
• Use project management software (ProCore, E-Builder, Prolog) and MS Project to track schedules.
• Conduct site walks, identify field issues, and support resolutions.
