Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic client initiatives and complex capital projects. You will establish governance, operating models, and portfolio management practices to drive execution across multiple workstreams and teams.

The role requires strong executive presence, stakeholder engagement, and risk management to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Travel to client sites up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8–14 years of experience as a project engineer or project manager in petrochemical/related sectors.
• Experience managing major capital projects from design through handover.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project governance frameworks and operating models.
• Establish portfolio management processes and performance measurement systems.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Collaborate with client leadership to align delivery with objectives.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and improve delivery and decision-making.
• Create executive presentations and dashboards translating complex data into insights.
• Support startup, commissioning, and turnover activities for facility systems.
• Maintain complete project documentation and manage risk and issues.
