Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, Business, or related field.
• 8–14 years of experience in project management or project engineering.
• Experience delivering major capital projects in industrial or GMP-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop governance frameworks, operating models, and management routines for project delivery.
• Lead governance meetings, executive reviews, and risk management processes.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams and maintain portfolio reporting and dashboards.
• Prepare executive communications and strategic project narratives.
• Oversee startup, commissioning, turnover, and documentation for facilities.
