Job summary

ManpowerGroup's Manpower Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead filtration projects from pilot plants to multi-machine systems. This highly client-facing role requires coordinating scope, budget, and schedules, and driving P&IDs reviews and BOM development.

You will modify P&IDs in AutoCAD, model 3D layouts with the design team, and oversee cost control, forecasting, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree; 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Willingness to travel to U.S. and Canada up to 20%.
• Large scale capital equipment background preferred.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, fabrication, and installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Kick off projects with customers via phone, meeting, or on-site.
• Clarify customer process, floorspace, utilities, components, and delivery requirements.
• Engineer filtration systems and review P&IDs with filtration experts.
