Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Project Manager for an industry-leading food and beverage processing and packaging company. The role is remote with up to 20% travel to US & Canada, handling filtration projects from pilot plants to multi‑million dollar systems.

You will manage customer relationships, drive requirements, engineer filtration designs, and oversee BOMs, 3D modeling, and fabrication coordination. 4‑year engineering degree and 5+ years PM experience required.

Qualifications

• 4 year engineering degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management.
• Must be able to travel to U.S. and Canada up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Kick off and manage projects with customers via phone, video, or in person.
• Clarify customer process, floorspace, utilities, components and delivery needs.
• Engineer filtration systems and review P&IDs with experts.
• Create BOMs and communicate with buyers for purchasing.
• Model projects in 3D and ensure fabrication aligns with plans.
• Manage project finances, forecasts, and schedules.
• Coordinate with installation supervisor at fabrication completion.
