Job summary

Manpower Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Manager for filtration projects in the food & beverage space. This remote role requires strong client-facing leadership, scope refinement, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, fabrication, and procurement teams.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and 3D models, driving P&IDs review, BOM creation, and cost control while delivering projects from pilot to multi-machine scale up to $15M.

Qualifications

• 4 year engineering degree
• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management
• Must be able to travel to U.S. and Canada up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Kick off and manage customer projects by phone or in person with strong client relationship development.
• Clarify customer process, floorspace, utility, component and delivery requirements.
• Engineer filtration systems, review P&IDs with experts per design.
• Use AutoCAD to modify P&IDs per requirements.
• Create BOM and coordinate with buyer for purchasing.
• 3D modelling coordination with design team and fabrication.
• Manage project finances and forecast costs monthly.
• Optimize design for performance and value.
• Develop project schedules with milestones and budget alignment.
• Coordinate with installation supervisor after fabrication.
