Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management preferred
• At least four years of recent responsible experience in managing the operation, maintenance and repair of a large building
• 10 years of project management experience
• PMP certified
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinates priority projects and initiatives per the contract scope of work
• Lead a team of maintenance personnel, production control clerk, mechanics, and custodians to meet contractual requirements
• Review, track, and close out preventive maintenance and corrective action work orders
• Ensure safe and efficient management of maintenance and operations activities including emergencies and winter operations
• Coordinate all service and maintenance contracts
• Direct and supervise all support resources for project assignments
• Develop and implement program policies, processes, procedures and monitor deliverables
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
• Prepare standard operating procedures, protocols and other technical documentation
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables
• Provide management services including time accounting, inventory management, and hiring of personnel
• Perform quality control inspections
