Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a Program Manager in Dahlgren, Virginia. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the PRTR contract, including operations, personnel, and contract administration. This role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and significant experience in program management and weapons systems development.

Responsibilities include leading teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. Experience with Navy and Marine Corps systems is preferred. A DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressively responsible technical experience in weapons systems development.
• Eight years of specialized experience in development and evaluation of major systems.
• Six years of Program Management experience with complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary company point of contact on the PRTR contract.
• Manage program activities and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Provide leadership and oversight on major system development efforts.
