Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in facilities management or related field.
• Active Top Secret security clearance is required.
• 15+ years of experience in O&M or facilities management.
• 5+ years managing operations for large facilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA, safety compliance, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage O&M support services for a large government facility.
• Allocate labor, resources, and equipment to meet contract requirements.
• Develop and monitor operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee custodial, maintenance, logistics, and support services.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with contract specs, regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for government clients.
• Develop staffing plans to meet contractual obligations.
• Coordinate emergency response and crisis management.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships for timely service delivery.
