Tatitlek Corporation seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize facility operations for a large DoD-related government site in Charleston, SC. You will provide strategic oversight, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.

The role requires advanced facilities management knowledge, a Top Secret clearance, and a proven ability to coordinate multiple teams, vendors, and schedules while delivering reliable service and sustainable cost

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in FM/related field
• Active Top Secret clearance
• 15+ years in O&M support or facilities mgmt
• 5+ years in ops mgmt for large facilities
• Knowledge of FM principles and best practices
• Strategic planning and execution experience
• Strong communication with government clients and stakeholders
• Experience in contract mgmt, compliance, and performance metrics
• Financial acumen with budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• OSHA regs, safety standards, environmental compliance
• Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage O&M support services for a large government facility
• Commit and allocate labor, resources, tools, and materials to meet contract requirements
• Develop and monitor operational strategies, policies and procedures
• Oversee custodial, maintenance, logistics, supply management, and support services
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and cost-effective resource use
• Ensure compliance with contract specs, regulations, safety, and QC
• Conduct facility inspections and assessments to identify improvements
• Develop staffing plans to meet demands and obligations
• Coordinate emergency response and crisis management
• Prepare reports and performance metrics for senior management
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships
