Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation seeks a Project Manager in Charleston, SC to lead and deliver DoD O&M contract requirements for a 400,000+ sq ft facility. You will coordinate maintenance, operations, and security with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with contract standards.

The ideal candidate has 10 years of project management experience, a PMP certification, the ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and strong leadership and communication skills in a complex, security‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management preferred.
• 10 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates priority projects and initiatives per the contract scope of work.
• Lead a team of maintenance personnel, mechanics, and custodians to deliver contractual requirements.
• Review and close out preventive and corrective maintenance work orders per contract requirements.
• Coordinate all service and maintenance contracts.
• Direct and supervise all support resources for project assignments and activities.
