Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate priority projects and initiatives under the contract scope.
Lead a team of Maintenance Personnel, Mechanics, and Custodians to meet contractual requirements.
Track and close preventive and corrective work orders to contract standards.
Oversee safety, efficiency, and delivery of maintenance and operations activities including emergencies.
Coordinate service and maintenance contracts with vendors and internal teams.
Develop project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and RWAs.
