Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a Program Manager in Virginia, MN, to oversee all operational and administrative functions related to the O&M contract at FASTC. You will serve as the primary interface with Government representatives, ensuring compliance with contract performance standards and monitoring budget management.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields, 15 years of O&M experience, and hold relevant professional certifications. Strong leadership skills and an active Secret Clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in O&M support services, facilities management, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience managing operations for large-scale facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Active Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred).
