Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management preferred; 4+ years in operation, maintenance, and repair of large facilities (≥400,000 sq ft).
• 10 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification is preferred or required.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships and interface with all management levels.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance (Top-Secret).

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates priority projects per contract scope and as assigned by the Program Manager.
• Leads a team of Maintenance Personnel, Production Control Clerks, Mechanics, and Custodians to deliver contractual requirements.
• Reviews, tracks, and closes out preventive and corrective work orders to meet contract timelines.
• Manages safety and efficient delivery of maintenance and operations activities including emergency response.
• Coordinates all service and maintenance contracts and supervises support resources.
• Develops program policies, processes, procedures, and monitoring of objectives/deliverables.
