Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years estimating/managing large complex projects in related scope.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all management levels and external vendors.
• Proven ability to read, analyze and interpret policies, reports, and legal documents; respond to inquiries from clients/regulators.

Responsibilities

• Finalize client and public entity estimates and proposals.
• Seek bid opportunities through client relationships, networks, and postings.
• Prepare full estimates for large complex work by reviewing plans/specs, quantities, quotes, and submittals.
