Job summary

Veit Management, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager/Estimator to lead complex demolition projects from estimation through completion.

You will develop competitive estimates, manage client relationships, coordinate with field operations and project teams, and guide project strategy and scheduling to ensure profitability. Responsibilities include finalizing bids, pursuing new opportunities, overseeing multi-project performance, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Finalizes client and public entity estimates and proposals.
• Seeks bid opportunities via client relationships and postings.
• Prepares full estimates on large complex work.
• Leads project management across multiple projects.
• Manages costs and invoicing with teams.
• Ensures safety, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Builds lasting client relationships and future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-construction meetings for awarded projects.
• Oversee scheduling and contract requirements across projects.
• Monitor changes and profitability and manage scope.
• Provide leadership to PM/Estimators and support staff.
