Job summary

The role requires 15+ years of estimating and management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with common construction software and Microsoft Office. Travel to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 15+ years of estimating and managing large complex projects.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with all management levels.
• Proficiency in construction estimating and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Finalize bids and secure projects.
• Provide overall management direction of contract work from start to finish.
• Coordinate preparation of full estimates on large complex work.
• Manage costs, scheduling, and billing to maintain profitability.
• Coordinate with project owners/GCs to ensure timely completion and scope control.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and drive business opportunities.
