Veit & Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Estimator to finalize bids and secure demolition projects. You will lead the management of contract work from start to finish, including scheduling, cost control, progress tracking, and client contact, for large revenue projects.

The role requires delivering full estimates on complex work, coordinating with operations, obtaining permits, and ensuring safety and profitability across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with extensive estimating and large project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with management, clients, and vendors.
• Proficiency in construction bid processes and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Finalize bids and proposals for demolition projects to secure contracts.
• Provide overall management direction for awarded projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and ensure cross-functional communication.
• Monitor costs, schedule, and compliance; manage billing and receivables with project coordinators.
• Develop client relationships and seek new bidding opportunities.
