Job summary

Veit in Rogers, MN seeks a Senior Project Manager/Estimator to lead complex demolition projects from estimating through completion. You will finalize competitive estimates, secure work, and guide project teams across multiple projects, ensuring safe, on-budget, on-time delivery.

You will manage billing, permits, changes, and client relationships while mentoring Estimator I/II and Project Manager/Estimators, with a strong emphasis on leadership and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 15+ years of estimating and managing large complex projects experience.
• Good communication skills both oral and written when working with all levels of management, employees, external vendors, and other business associates.
• Knowledge of bidding and project management software, Microsoft Office suite; Viewpoint Vista and HCSS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Finalize client and public entity estimates and proposals.
• Seek out bid opportunities and coordinate preparation of full estimates on large projects.
• Provide overall management direction to multiple projects and coordinate pre-construction meetings.
