Job summary

Rosendin seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead overall direction, completion and financial outcome for multiple electrical construction projects. You will guide a team of project managers and assistants, nurture client relations, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery for high-profile projects.

The role requires a strong background in electrical construction, exceptional leadership, and a proactive approach to people development, process improvement, and safety. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Project accountability and initiative for all aspects of the project.
• Ability to creatively solve problems and lead the team.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Supervise project managers and staff in daily tasks.
• Train and mentor project managers in company philosophy and systems.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders on the project.
• Maintain logs to track project progress.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage contracts’ finances.
• Represent company in meetings with clients and vendors.
