Golden Triangle Construction, INC is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects in Colorado. This role requires ownership from preconstruction through closeout, with emphasis on budgets, contracts, scheduling, and client relationships.

You will collaborate with Superintendents, designers, and public-sector clients to deliver high-quality projects while protecting profitability and the company’s reputation. Strong leadership and mentoring are essential.

Formación

• 8+ years leading commercial construction projects with budgets and client relations.
• Demonstrated success independently leading complex commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of contracting, cost controls, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance, negotiate contracts, and resolve complex challenges.
• Experience mentoring construction project teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project reporting tools.
• Ability to work from Colorado office and travel to Colorado jobsites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Establish budgets, schedules, staffing needs, and performance expectations.
• Manage profitability, contracts, change orders, and cost-to-complete reporting.
• Provide leadership on public-sector and institutional projects.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, design professionals, and clients to deliver projects.
• Model ESOP culture by owning results and supporting the team.
