Golden Triangle Construction seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects across Colorado. The role drives preconstruction through closeout, owning budgets, schedules, risk, contracts, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of general contracting operations, cost controls, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance, negotiate contracts and change orders, and resolve complex challenges.
• Experience mentoring project teams and leading major commercial construction projects.
• Willingness to work from Colorado office and travel regularly to Colorado front-range sites.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Establish budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance expectations.
• Make decisions balancing profitability, quality, safety, client satisfaction, and long-term interests.
• Provide leadership on public-sector and institutional projects; manage risk and reporting.
• Oversee budgets, cash flow, subcontractor payments, and change orders.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers; communicate with executives and clients.
• Mentor junior project managers and ensure successful project delivery.
