This role requires strong financial oversight, contract administration, and leadership of project teams, with frequent travel to Front Range sites and relocation to Colorado if needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong understanding of general contracting operations, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Experience mentoring project teams and managing client relationships.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial projects through preconstruction to final completion.
• Set budgets, schedules, and performance expectations.
• Oversee contracts, change orders, payments, and financial reporting.
• Maintain client relationships and provide executive-level project reporting.
• Collaborate with field leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
