Job summary

Golden Triangle Construction is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead significant commercial construction projects in Colorado. You will oversee preconstruction to closeout, manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships, ensuring profitability and safety.

This role requires relocation to Colorado, regular travel to Front Range sites, and a strong track record in public/institutional projects. ESOP participation and long-term growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible commercial construction PM experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop execution strategies, budgets, schedules, and performance expectations.
• Manage client relationships, contracts, and financial forecasting.
