Job summary

Golden Triangle Construction is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead major commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Based in Colorado, the role requires relocation if outside Colorado and travel to active sites. You will own project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships, providing leadership to project teams in a fast-paced, ESOP-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressively responsible commercial construction PM experience.
• Experience leading complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of contracting, cost controls, scheduling and client relations.
• Willing to relocate to Colorado and travel to Colorado Front Range.
• Proficiency with construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and staffing plans.
• Manage contract administration, change orders, and payments.
• Maintain client relationships and report project performance.
• Mentor project teams and collaborate with field leadership.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Support preconstruction efforts and business development.
