Job summary

Pilot Company seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise projects with cross-functional teams, including business, IT and external vendors. You will own end-to-end delivery, budgets, schedules, and risk management, ensuring execution excellence across large initiatives.

The role requires PMP/Agile credentials, strong executive communication, and a proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in progressive project experience in large, complex initiatives.
• PMP and Agile certifications highly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong experience with portfolio management tools (Smartsheet, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day management of enterprise projects from initiation to closure.
• Lead cross-functional teams including executives and vendors to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Develop detailed schedules, scope, budgets and resource plans for projects.
• Communicate project health, risks and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks; ensure issues are resolved with urgency and quality.
• Ensure project success by delivering on time, within scope and budget.
