A growing organization is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives that support business transformation, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic goals. This position will play a key role in managing complex IT projects, enhancing PMO processes and standards, mentoring project management team members, and driving successful delivery across multiple business and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technology and business systems projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and execution strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed-upon requirements.

PMO Process & Governance

• Contribute to the continuous evolution and maturity of the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Refine and maintain project methodologies, templates, governance standards, and best practices.
• Help establish scalable project management processes that support a growing business environment.
• Mentor and support junior project managers, promoting consistency and excellence across project delivery efforts.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with IT teams, business leaders, operational stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings, status reviews, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide clear reporting on project progress, risks, mitigation strategies, and key milestones.

Project Execution & Delivery

• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies based on project requirements and business needs.
• Gather and document business requirements, project objectives, and functional deliverables.
• Maintain project artifacts including schedules, risk logs, issue registers, change requests, communication plans, and status reports.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management to minimize project delays and risks.

Change Management & Organizational Readiness

• Support organizational change management activities, including testing coordination, documentation, communications, and user readiness planning.
• Ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to prepare teams for upcoming changes and implementations.

Resource & Budget Management

• Coordinate project resources across multiple initiatives and departments.
• Monitor project budgets and forecast resource requirements.
• Balance competing priorities while maintaining delivery commitments across multiple projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading technology, business systems, or enterprise application implementation projects.
• Proven success managing complex projects across multiple functional areas.
• Experience mentoring project managers or contributing to PMO development initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid approaches, and SDLC practices.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project documentation.
• Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or other project-driven industries.
• Familiarity with enterprise business applications, systems implementations, and operational technology initiatives.
• Exposure to project portfolio management and PMO governance frameworks.
• Formal project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar credentials.
• Experience driving organizational change management initiatives.
