Job summary

CBIZ is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Enterprise PMO to plan, manage, and oversee complex projects from inception to closure. You will provide leadership and visibility across related initiatives to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met.

You will partner with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to define success criteria, manage risks, and guide effective execution across initiatives.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent required.
• 6 years related experience.
• Expert technical knowledge and knowledge of industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, monitor, and oversee complex projects in accordance with Enterprise PMO standards and objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on project issues, risks, and best practices within the scope of responsibilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics, deliverables, execution approach, staffing, scheduling, and accountability.
• Develop and maintain formal project documentation including charters, plans, schedules, risk logs, and change control docs.
• Forecast project expenses and coordinate with finance on budget.
