Convergint is seeking a Project Manager to join our culture of growth and customer-focused service. You will plan, direct, and oversee complex projects in building automation, fire alarm, and life-safety systems, coordinating with engineering teams and customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget discipline, and a strong safety and quality mindset. You’ll mentor colleagues, manage schedules, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining positive cash flow across projects.

Qualifications

• Expert project management experience in a technical environment (building automation, fire alarm, or life safety systems).
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a supervisory track record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of IT networking principles and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and direct assigned projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project execution within budget and schedule to ensure cash flow.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety, and quality.
• Lead and develop project teams, with direct reports on complex accounts.
• Perform other duties as required.
