Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Project Manager to manage complex transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and IT projects across cross-functional teams. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and safety, typically handling $1M–$60M projects and possibly storm coverage.

Minimum qualifications include a engineering-related bachelor's degree with 7–10 years PM experience or 9–12 without a degree, PMP certification or plan to obtain, and strong leadership with stakeholder communication capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 7–10 years PM experience, or 9–12 years without a degree.
• PMP certification or plan to obtain within two years of entry.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects to deliver on time and within budget.
• Interface with external customers and negotiate schedules and costs.
• Coach team members and manage resources and changes.
• Present project status to sponsors and stakeholders at exec level.
