Job summary

TAIT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of advanced projects. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, and operational teams while owning scope, budget, and schedule.

The role requires proactive risk management and clear client communication to ensure successful outcomes for TAIT and its clients. You will translate client needs into actionable plans, develop proposals, and ensure TAIT quality throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 2+ years in entertainment or project management.
• Proficient with MS Office, scheduling tools and cost management software.
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms and collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of advanced projects within scope, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations and support.
• Communicate project status to clients and leadership; manage risks and dependencies.
• Develop proposals, quotes and project plans; monitor changes and budgets.
• Ensure TAIT quality in final deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, cashflow and invoicing; flag risks early.
• Lead in client advocacy and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
