TAIT is seeking a Site Manager to lead onsite technical teams and ensure successful delivery of complex live event installations globally. You will coordinate scheduling, handover, documentation, training, and client relation activities on site, balancing priorities to protect margins.

You will oversee subcontractors and vendors, maintain safety and QA, lead daily standups, and report progress and risks to TAIT leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years leading large scale project installations.
• Strong communication and leadership across multi-lingual teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Vietnam for a two-year assignment.
• Right to work in the EU.

Responsabilités

• Oversee onsite scheduling, ensuring milestones and resources align with budget.
• Coordinate installation to handover, with documentation, training, and client handholding.
• Maintain efficient onsite operations and top-class service for clients.
• Lead daily stand ups, toolbox talks, and wrap up meetings.
• Serve as onsite liaison with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and authorities.
• Ensure subcontractors meet contractual, quality, and safety obligations.
• Update and maintain team schedules and report progress and risks.
