TAIT is seeking a Project Manager III to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex live-event projects from planning through execution. You will own scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes translating client needs into actionable plans, driving strategic problem-solving, and maintaining financial performance across projects in a dynamic services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years Project management or relevant industry experience in entertainment, live events, construction management, or related field; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years experience in Entertainment or Project Management.
• Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Project scheduling (MS Project, Asana)
• Budget management and analysis (Power BI, Tableau)
• ERP systems (Epicor, SAP) and CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce)
• Content Management System usage (Box, SharePoint, Google Drive)
• Familiarity with manufacturing or fabrication processes
• Ability to be in office Monday - Friday, with travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Deliver multidimensional project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure Client vision is reflected throughout project lifecycle.
• Drive client satisfaction and effective communication of status.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Develop and manage project proposals, quotes, and pricing.
• Monitor risks, change orders, and financials; provide status reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and support teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure TAIT quality and adherence to contracts.
