Job summary

You will be accountable for delivery quality and commercial results, and help build the Project Management offering across recovery, EPMO and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in project management, including multi-workstream or programme leadership.
• Track record of client ownership and commercial responsibility (scope, budget, margin).
• Experience developing and managing teams.
• Excellent executive communication and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of large or multiple Project Management engagements, and the outcomes they are measured on.
• Lead client relationships at director and executive level.
• Scope, price and write proposals; own margin and change control.
• Develop the practice's offerings in Recovery and Benefits Realization.
• Lead, coach and grow managers and consultants, and help hire them.
• Originate follow-on work and contribute to business development targets.
• Set the quality bar for deliverables and handover.
