Qualifications

• 6–9 years of relevant experience in project management or leading teams/workstreams.
• Proven delivery of engagements on time and on budget.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and lead others through them.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management engagements day to day — plan, team, quality, budget and client communication.
• Shape and lead work in areas such as Programme Setup, Recovery and EPMO.
• Manage and develop a team of consultants and senior consultants.
• Hold the written scope and exclusions, manage change control and protect the timeline.
• Present findings and recommendations to client leaders and steering groups.
• Identify follow-on needs and contribute to proposals and pricing.
• Drive adoption and a clean handover to named client owners.
