Job summary

TAIT is seeking a VP, Projects - Placemaking to lead a global team of Project Managers, Producers, and Coordinators. The role drives the commercial viability, staffing, and execution of TAIT's attractions and destination experiences across regions, balancing creative ambition with operational discipline.

As a senior leader, you will influence strategy, oversee portfolio performance, and ensure projects meet financial commitments and client expectations while delivering world-class experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years leading delivery of complex experiential or large-scale projects.
• Proven multi-region portfolio management with financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight from opportunity development through project closeout.
• Lead global delivery teams across design, fabrication, construction, and commissioning.
• Drive margin, schedule, risk, and quality performance across the Placemaking portfolio.
• Collaborate with Creative, Technical, Production, Finance, and Market Leadership to align objectives.
