Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Austin to lead large, high-value electrical construction programs. You will drive strategy, execution, and client satisfaction while directing project teams and ensuring financial performance.

This role requires 8–12+ years in electrical project delivery, strong leadership, contract expertise, and a track record of mentoring less experienced managers. A PMP and MBA are advantageous; travel to job sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in electrical construction or related project environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, high-value projects.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent programs and executive-level client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects or multiple programs, ensuring alignment with schedules and financial objectives.
• Own and manage project P&L, including budget development, forecasting, margin optimization and risk management.
• Develop and implement execution strategies across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Serve as primary executive-level contact for clients and stakeholders; build long-term relationships.
• Lead contract strategy, negotiation, and change management to resolve complex issues.
• Drive cost control, productivity improvements, and margin protection initiatives.
• Oversee procurement strategy for major equipment and vendors; mentor project teams.
