Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex electrical construction projects from inception to completion in a dynamic environment. You will direct project scope, schedule, and financial outcomes, mentoring junior PMs and coordinating with clients, engineers, and field teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of PM experience, a construction background, and proficiency with scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods required.
• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Project Assistants, Project Manager I, and/or Project Manager II as an individual contributor.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Negotiate and supervise the preparation of change orders on the project.
• Liaise with primary client and A/E to facilitate construction activities and support field teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Anticipate and prevent issues; implement corrective measures within company guidelines.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly costing reports.
• Manage the financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, equipment, expenses) to protect the company’s interests.
• Develops new business opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned within the business unit.
